So since summer has been pretty boring,  i decided to start designing clothes! well learning how to make clothes haha. I only have one more year before college and since i have a passion for fashion, im thinking about being in the fashion industry, i don't know for sure yet but its definitely an option. I might do either Fashion Merchandising or Fashion Designing or maybe neither! who knows?! haha only time will tell, if i enjoy  making clothes and i find myself to be good at it then im going to go for it!. I'm taking a class next year in my school called "Clothing and Design" ahhh im so excited about this class it's crazy! haha something to look forward to senior year :) I went to wal-mart and bought some patterned fabric, i''ll probably make it into a dress and if i do and i like it, i'll definitely feature it on my blog! i hope you all are having a fabulous day!

Hello! Yes, i did cut my hair. it's nothing major but i had to cut it because i had a lot of split ends and even though it may not seem like it but my hair is unhealthy. I get split ends easily, and my hair breaks a lot. But im trying to take care of it more. I just got it trimmed and added more layers, it looks a bit too short but i still like the haircut, i feel like it looks more alive now haha. i hope you like it as well!

Today marks the graduation date for my brother who is graduating from high school, and my sister who is graduating from middle school. So congrats to my bro and sis and all the graduates this year, ill graduate high school next year :)

It doesn't feel like summer here at all, last summer was kind of chilly and it seems like this will be so too. But at least i got to wear my light pink blazer that i thrifted a couple of weeks ago, the one i talked about in my previous posts. It's kind of over sized but i still like it, it also had shoulder pads but i took them out for a more laid back look. In the last picture above, i have my kitty smelling my nose, she literally smells everything, but hey she's just curious, it kind of looks like she's kissing me though haha i should call her "Curious Cat" hehe just like that monkey!. Celebrity Fashion Fun!

 I'm excited this school year is about to end, i learned a lot this year and became more wise, as for summer, i don't have any big plans but i hope just something comes along to make this summer better than i am expecting it to be. I want to travel but you can't always have what you want, i have a big family with different opinions lol but who knows? maybe just maybe this summer will be fun. I was originally going to travel to the middle east (thats where i'm originally from) but since too much protesting is going on, we had to cancel the tickets so thats a bummer :( what are your plans for the summer?

Hello! Today i decided to put a twist to my outfit and tie a knot on my plain white button down top, i absolutely love it! it's so feminine. What gave me this idea is a book that we were actually reading in english, it's called "A Raisin in the Sun" and it talks about this struggling African-American Family that lives in a prejudice/racist world, it's takes place in the 1950's. I actually liked the book, we also watched the movie and one of the main characters "Beneatha" was wearing a top with a knot the same way i did it, so there's where i got this idea from hehe, she was actually one of my favorite characters in the book, she is a college girl that is studying to be a doctor, she has an attitude but she dreams big and loves to learn, and of course she was very stylish haha i always notice the clothes in movies. Also another one of my favorite characters was the mother "Lena" she is very wise and a smart woman. Did you read "A Raisin in the Sun"? who was your favorite character? hope you enjoyed! :)
