My spring break has finally started! this is exciting. Today i didn't do much except watch The Hunger Games! it was so good! i already read the books so i knew what was going to happen but i liked how the movie stayed true to the book, even though they did cut out some parts from the book but i understand because the movie would have been way too long. Nautical Love

I feel like nautical will never go out of style, its just so classic and retro, i love everything about it! 

Lately i have been lacking inspiration for outfits, don't you hate when you go through that phase? where you feel like you've worn everything in your closet repeatedly already and now you don't know what to wear and you feel like you have to go shopping all over again! haha i'm pretty sure this happens to most of us girls. So instead of buying new clothes, i simply paired my striped jacket with a white dress, so classic and simple at the same time! anyway i hope you have a wonderful week! next week is spring break and i am SO excited! (like always when there's no school)

I had a nerve-racking week last week because i was so busy with school work and i had to take my driving permit test. I'm so happy to say i passed my permit test. I can finally start learning how to drive! i know i'm 17 and i should have my licence by now but lets just say i had a couple of bumps on the road haha wow i cannot wait to get my driving licence, i'm growing up! lol anyway now that i'm going to start driving soon i'm thinking about getting a car, and i want a vintage car lol i don't know which one yet but i'll figure it out. i hope you had a fantastic weekend :)

Inspiration

Yet another one of my inspiration posts of beautiful photos that i found on tumblr! since it's almost officially spring, i needed something to inspire me to be bold during spring! i just love everything about these photos! so i thought i would share them with my lovely followers to also inspire you too!

Spring is hands down my FAVORITE season. Ever since i was a little kid. Not just because of the clothing but because i feel like i have a connection with this season haha, i don't know it just makes me feel happy :D does any season make you feel happy? or is it just me? tomorrow friday! so everyone who is reading this, i hope you have a fun weekend!

I just realized i have been wearing a lot of florals in my last couple of posts haha what can i say? i'm obsessed. I can't wait to get through this week, i have some stuff on my mind and i just hope that everything turns out for the best. I'm also excited for this weekend because i can't wait to watch "21 Jump Street" with Channing Tatum in it! plus "The Hunger Games"comes out the weekend after which doubles my excitement! are any of you planning on watching any of those two movies? I actually made this skirt myself. I take a class at my school called Clothing and Design, and one of our projects was to make a skirt so this is what i created! i love the fabric, it's so colorful and spring-ey!

Anyway, i'm glad that we had a time change because the sun doesn't go down till later and that means i have more time to take outfit photos! it was so hard during winter because i had to take pictures right after i came from school so i was always tired.

 On another note, i  hope you all had a fantastic weekend! i know i did :D

Minty Fresh

I absolutely adore mint colors! who doesn't? i scored this dress at Loehmann's on sale for only $6! i was so excited when i saw it hehe still am about it. I wore this scarf as a shawl/cardigan over it because the colors really complemented each other :) i hope you enjoyed!
