I pretty much adore this outfit, it's so cute yet relaxed at the same time! I love the chevron print on the skirt! it's so different from all the florals and stripes you see everywhere! I paired it with this adorable little top that has a knot at the bottom, then I slipped on a nice pair of black wedges! perfect for summer! and of course, I had to put on my signature statement necklace to complete the look! I would wear this outfit pretty much anywhere like to school, shopping, lunch date, or even to an amusement park! (why not!?!)

I am all about statement jewelry, and when it comes to necklaces, I have to go all out! I am pretty much obsessed with any jewelry piece that is out of the ordinary. There is nothing easier than dressing up an outfit than with a cool necklace! So if your ever in a rut and have no idea how to accessorize your outfit, my advice is to throw on a statement necklace and your good to go! I don't own much yellow in my wardrobe and I also don't own any drop-waist dresses so this item was a must have for me! I'm the type of person who doesn't like to own more than one item of the same thing. I love to mix and match! I love the shape of this dress and the bright yellow is so fun! This skirt is definitely one of my favorite items in my closet. It goes with so many things and it's super comfortable. I paired it with this amazing vest that I have been eyeing for quite a while. I know this may look like a dress to some, but it's actually a jumpsuit! I love how it has such a vintage feel to it, makes me love it even more! plus it's very comfortable so it just can't get any better than this. I paired with a neutral cardigan to add a bit more coverage on the top because it's actually strapless. Then I added some nude sandals to complete the outfit! Happy Independence day! I hope you are all having a wonderful day celebrating this holiday! I feel so blessed that I have the opportunity to follow my dreams and become the person I want to be. Freedom should never be taken for granted. It is truly a beautiful thing.
