Last weekend i went thrift store shopping for the first time ever and scored some awesome finds! i bought this blouse which is a 100% silk (good quality!) that i adore! i have been wanting a leopard button down blouse for a while because it's so chic and cute. I have found some leopard button downs at other stores, but just not in my price range, so i was glad i scored this top for only $7! because usually a real silk top would run over $30 so this is a wonderful find! i also bought a vintage pink blazer that i absolutely love and a vintage made top from the brand "Urban Renewal" which is a vintage company that urban outfitters own and most of their clothes pretty much run over $50 but i scored the top for less of course! I can't wait to show you all in upcoming posts the clothes i got and how i styled them, so look forward! 

Summer and Me

I have been thinking and wondering about what i'm going to do this summer, i really want it to be exciting and memorable. Here are some pictures i found on the internet that remind me of a perfect summer. Like traveling to an island, somewhere new and adventurous, or maybe even spending summer in Paris? i would love to be surrounded with beautiful fashion in such an inspiring city (my dream) and hopefully one day that day will come. The last picture has beautiful colors that were just so...inspiring, kind of reminds me of the 70's era. Last summer was kind of a bore for me, nothing really memorable happened. I just don't want this summer to be the same, i want to have an adventure and create memories while i'm still young and free. Hopefully something amazing will happen to me this summer, because i have been waiting for it, or even if it doesn't happen this summer, maybe just one day, any day. 

I realized that on my blog, you don't really get to know my personality a lot because i don't write much, i'm only showing you my style, even though my style is a big part of my personality, but i feel like i need to show you all something other than just my style, my actual personality. I am going to start writing more because i do love to write, it's just that sometimes i don't find the time or energy but since summer is coming along, i'm sure ill have time, and hopefully if i have any adventures ill be sure to tell you all :)

Hey! sorry i haven't been updating much, i have the flu and it is certainly not fun, plus, since school is about to end, i have been working harder in my classes because some of my grades are on the edge, eep!. i am so happy that i finally got an A on my math test, seriously math is like my hardest subject, so its nice to know you have won a challenge you've been struggling with :) i have a dance show next week, yes i am a dancer at my school, and i absolutely love it :) it's one of my passions other than fashion. We have been working on the show this whole semester, and basically the dancer's perform a dance show haha. Our styles of dances are very mixed, they mostly consist of hip hop, jazz, ballet, and modern. I, myself am participating in a hip hop piece and a modern piece, those two styles are definitely one of my favorites :) i hope you have an amazing weekend!
